Businesses, schools and nonprofits only — we do not accept residential or in-home collection, and we cannot take household electronics from Scottsdale residents. We serve offices, data centers, clinics and warehouses. Free scheduled pickup starts at 10 devices or one pallet; smaller commercial batches go to our appointment drop-off.

Where we collect in Scottsdale
Our facility sits inside the Scottsdale Airpark, which keeps drive time short for the Airpark and Perimeter Center office parks, the SkySong innovation campus, Old Town professional suites, the Shea Boulevard medical corridor and the North Scottsdale business parks. Same-week windows are common here, and small consolidations that would not justify a truck elsewhere are easy for us to absorb.
What a Scottsdale pickup includes
We take laptops, desktops, all-in-ones, monitors, tablets, phones, servers, switches, firewalls, UPS units, copiers, docking stations and cabling. Medical and dental practices frequently add imaging workstations and back-office servers holding patient records; those drives are logged, sealed and tracked separately so the paperwork supports your HIPAA file. Excluded items are CRT televisions, appliances, light bulbs, alkaline batteries and smoke detectors.

Because the shredder is here, drives pulled in the Airpark at 9 a.m. can be destroyed and serial-logged before lunch. Typical Scottsdale material is SSD-based laptops and all-in-ones, dental and medical imaging workstations, PACS servers, front-desk POS and phone systems, company iPhones and iPads, LCD monitors, plotters, and copiers with internal storage that most vendors miss entirely. Copier and MFP hard drives are removed, destroyed and listed on the same certificate as your server drives. Handsets are erased and then refurbished for donation or recovered for precious-metal content, and the remaining aluminum, steel, boards and plastics go to audited R2v3 downstream processors.
ITAD and on-site destruction options
Because processing happens in Scottsdale, clients can witness destruction at our plant or request on-site shredding at their own address. Either path is covered by R2v3 and NAID AAA certification, insured transport and serialized asset reporting, and larger IT asset disposition projects — lease returns, wealth-management and legal fleet refreshes, rack decommissioning — receive settlement reporting on any resale value recovered.
Local giving from Scottsdale donations
Working equipment donated by Scottsdale businesses is wiped, refurbished and placed with schools, students and nonprofit partners across the Valley. Donors receive a device-level acknowledgment letter alongside the Certificate of Destruction so finance and IT records match, and an impact summary showing exactly where the refurbished units went.

Most Scottsdale addresses are 5–15 minutes from our Acoma Drive plant, which is why Scottsdale gets the shortest chain of custody and the tightest arrival windows we offer — and why a two-pallet consolidation that would not justify a truck elsewhere is easy for us to absorb here.
Under 10 devices — a drawer of old cell phones, a couple of laptops, a few loose drives? Route it to our appointment business drop-off in Scottsdale instead of holding it until there is enough for a truck. Business locations only — we do not collect household electronics from Scottsdale homes.
