High-security sites are common here, so badge escorts, sealed containers and pre-submitted technician lists are standard parts of our booking process.

What a Chandler pickup includes

We collect laptops, docking stations, monitors, engineering workstations, rack servers, switches, optics, patch panels, UPS units, PDUs, and pallets of loose drives and media. Cleanroom-adjacent and manufacturing-support IT is welcome as long as it is decontaminated and labeled. Excluded items are CRT televisions, household appliances, light bulbs, alkaline batteries and smoke detectors.

Chandler rack material: drives, optics, PDUs and tape

A Chandler colocation exit is a materials job as much as a logistics one. We take SAS and NVMe drives by the tray, SSD caddies, LTO tape libraries and loose cartridges, blades and chassis, top-of-rack switches, transceivers and patch panels, PDUs, rack rails and cable bundles, plus the engineering workstations and docking stations that come out of the office side of the same building. Every drive and tape is inventoried by serial, then wiped to NIST 800-88 or shredded — inside the cage if your controls require it. Chandler company cell phones and tablets are erased and reported the same way. Copper, aluminum, steel and boards are recovered downstream under R2v3, and resale value on late-model drives, optics or CPUs comes back on a settlement report.

Rack teardowns need more than a truck. Chandler decommissioning projects get a written scope, insured transport, per-serial asset capture, wipe-or-shred handling for every drive under R2v3 and NAID AAA certification, and settlement reporting on recovered resale value. On-site shredding is available when your controls require media destroyed before it leaves the cage, and the closing package includes the serialized Certificate of Destruction your auditors will ask for.

Those units are wiped, refurbished and granted to schools, students and nonprofit partners across the Southeast Valley, and your organization receives an impact summary listing device counts, refurbishment outcomes and diverted weight for sustainability reporting.
